Terms of sale and use
These terms cover buying and using software from Tinkerframe Studio LLC, a Washington limited liability company. By buying or installing our software you agree to them, together with the end user license agreement (EULA) included in each installer.
Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries about payments and returns. Product support comes from us.
Licenses
- A license is for one named person and is valid for the term you paid for, usually one year.
- That person may install the software on the computers they personally use.
- You may not resell, share, or reverse engineer the software, or work around its license check.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn renewal off.
Trials and early access
Trials and early-access software are provided as they are, for evaluation, and may change or end.
Your work is your responsibility
Our tools change Revit models and drawings. Review every change before you confirm it, keep backups, and check output before you issue drawings. You remain responsible for your project documents and any professional judgments in them.
Warranty and liability
Apart from the refund in our refund policy, the software is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
