Refund policy

Try any add-in free for 14 days before you buy. If you buy and it doesn't work for you, you can still get your money back.

30-day refunds

Ask for a full refund within 30 days of a new purchase or a renewal, for any reason. Your license stops working when the refund is issued.

After 30 days

We don't refund partial years. You can turn off renewal at any time, and the add-in keeps working until the end of the year you paid for.

How to ask

Use the support form or email support@tinkerframestudio.com with your order number. Refunds are processed by our reseller, Paddle, and usually reach your card within 5 to 10 business days.
