Privacy policy
Tinkerframe Studio LLC ("we") makes Revit add-ins and AI connectors. This policy explains what we collect on this website and in our products, and what we do with it. We collect as little as we can.
On this website
- Forms. When you join a notify list or contact support, we receive the email address and anything else you type in. We use it to reply or to send the notice you asked for, and nothing else.
- Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without tracking you across sites.
- No advertising. We don't run ads or sell, rent or share your information for marketing.
When you buy
Purchases are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com. Paddle collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email, company, country and what you bought, so we can issue and support your license. We never see your full card number.
In the add-ins
- License checks. When Revit starts, each add-in sends its license key, the product version and a random device identifier to our license service. No model data is sent.
- Your models stay on your computer. The add-ins read and write the open model locally. We don't receive your files.
- AI connectors. Revit MCP runs on your computer. What it reads from your model goes to the AI app you connect it to (for example Claude Desktop) under that provider's terms, not to us.
How long we keep it
Support emails and notify-list addresses are kept until you ask us to delete them or the list is no longer needed. Purchase and license records are kept as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.
